Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing CC Cosmetics. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Bookings & Consultations

Appointments are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Consultations are payable at the time of booking. Where applicable, the consultation fee may be deducted from the cost of treatment if you proceed.

Treatment appointments require a £50 non-refundable booking deposit per treatment.

Your appointment is only confirmed once the required payment has been received.

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 4 days’ notice.

Changes or cancellations made within 4 days of your appointment will result in the loss of your booking deposit.

Where an appointment forms part of a treatment package, one treatment session may be deducted instead.

​Where costs have already been incurred in preparation for your appointment, including prescription or treatment-related costs, these may be deducted from any amount paid or remain non-refundable.

 

3. Arrival

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be reduced or your appointment rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients.

 

4. Consultation, Consent & Medical Information

A consultation will be carried out before treatment.

You must provide accurate and complete medical information and tell your practitioner about any changes to your health, medication, allergies or circumstances before each treatment.

Treatment will only proceed once the relevant consultation and consent process has been completed.

CC Cosmetics reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if we believe it is not appropriate, safe or in your best interests.

 

5. Treatment Results

Every client is different and outcomes can vary.

We will always aim to achieve a natural and appropriate result, but no specific result can be guaranteed.

Your individual anatomy, lifestyle, healing response and adherence to aftercare may influence the final outcome.

6. Review Appointments

Where appropriate, your practitioner may recommend a review appointment following treatment.

Any additional treatment or adjustment following a review will be based on clinical assessment and is at the discretion of your practitioner.

7. Beforecare & Aftercare

Beforecare and aftercare instructions form an important part of your treatment.

Please follow all advice provided. Failure to do so may affect your results and may increase the risk of unwanted effects or complications.

If you have any concerns following treatment, please contact CC Cosmetics as soon as possible.

8. Refunds

Consultation fees and booking deposits are non-refundable.

​Once a treatment has been provided, refunds are not available simply because the outcome differs from personal expectations, provided the treatment was carried out appropriately and in line with the agreed treatment plan.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Products that are faulty, damaged or not as described will be handled in line with your statutory rights. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot normally be returned unless faulty.

9. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers:

• are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

• are non-refundable

• cannot be exchanged for cash

• cannot be used alongside other promotions unless stated

10. Complaints

If you have any concerns about your treatment or experience, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to resolve the matter.

Formal complaints should be emailed to:

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 72 hours and will investigate concerns fairly and professionally.

If you remain unhappy following our initial response, your complaint can be reviewed again by CC Cosmetics management.

 

11. Treatment Risks & Client Responsibilities

All aesthetic treatments carry potential risks and side effects. These will be discussed with you as part of your consultation and consent process.

By proceeding with treatment, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to ask questions and that you understand the information provided to you.

You are responsible for providing accurate medical information and following the beforecare, aftercare and review advice given to you.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
